Unlike most airports, the free wifi here doesn't make you go through a signup process. Good attention to customer experience and friendly staff!

Nice and quick to get air side. Friendly staff and simple but effective shopping. Not a place to hangout but a good little airport.

BA lounge is by the departure gates. There's no sign in the main lounge area so head past the sliding doors...

Aside from the complimentary bar and snacks, it's a bit like a doctor's waiting room. Atmosphere is better in main departure hall before the gates. But drinks ain't free there :)

Not sure why people have been moaning about the smell in departures. Never had a problem.

Indeed. Departures does smell a tad unsavory. Definitely vegetable based.

When picking up new arrivals, tell them wait at departure drop off point. Otherwise you have to pay to use the carpark (even for 5 secs)
