Artisanal coffee shops dedicated to providing phenomenal coffees from around the world.
Best cup'a around. Always good indie rock playing. -Seth Caro, Top Chef Just Desserts
Jonathan Rubinstein's espresso shop in the West Village has been a hit ever since it opened in 2002. Rubinstein recently switched to beans from Ecco Caffe, a boutique Sonoma roaster.
Drink coffee here. They know what they're doing.
When ordering coffee, pair with fresh fruit instead of a pastry to keep your calories in check.
The coffee is solid quality. The service was great, the baristas were friendly and the latte I got was good too.
I had the most sublime Cafe Latte here. May be the best I've had in NYC.
This is perhaps the best iced espresso in these here 50 states.
Ask for a punch card if u don't already have one! Great cafe latte.
when at joe's be sure to buy a rugelach they are truly magical
best part about Joe is that the baristas are without question #1 in nyc but don't take themselves too seriously. bonus? it actually means something to be a regular here which is hard to find anymore.
The BEST iced coffee in town
The sugarless berry scones are great.
Now accepting credit cards!
The cold brewed coffee is so good it doesn't even need milk or sugar!
Great coffee, tasty cookies!
Coffee here is very good, and their staff obviously makes it with care. The latte was just the right strength and it was great to see my barista pour in the steamed milk (latte art always impressed me)
Love Joe! Make sure to get a punchcard if you go regularly; every ten coffees, you get one free! Builds up quicker than you think... ☕🍪
Good coffee at Joe is a given, but the Manhattan mini-chain specializes in friendly and helpful service.
Best coffee I have had in NYC so far.
Great coffee and pastries (like all their other locations) but be aware no wifi!
Iced coffee is disgusting. They pour hot coffee over ice. So it taste watery and like melted plastic.
Nice atmosphere with excellent coffee's and very nice staff!
Killer (in a good way).
Delicious donuts from the Doughnut Plant.
best coffee ever!
They finally take cards!
Espresso to hit the spot
Chai latte sucks ass. Very weak. Do not get.
Salty chocolate chip cookies. Eat 'em.
Go with the small latte, only difference with the large is it has more milk.
Best espresso in the city!
Vegan pb chocolate chunk cookie - A+
Best iced soy latte in NYC. Hands down.
Best latté east of Seattle.
No cell phone in line policy - happily i've seen people get booted.
Best cappuccinos in the city! They also carry donuts from the Doughnut Plant. If they've got it, try the raspberry glazed cake. Mmmm.
Seems like Seattle :)
Excellent beans with excellent coffee. However, that quality comes at a cost. Not for your average coffee drinker.
Small, nice coffee shop. Not a good place to sit & talk but a good place to-go coffee.
Cafe latte is my go to drink here
Coffee from Ecco caffe
Considerably more seating than most, and they only pour doubles. They do a nice mulled hot apple cider in the fall/winter.
The environment is not great, but the coffee is!
Not the chai latte, my friends. No wifi either.
Narrow but spacious Joe with quality you should expect
Dependably delicious cup *plus* this location accepts credit cards (hooray!)
