My favorites: turkey sandwich (jumbo), beans and/or cole slaw, arnold palmer. Use all of the condiments, especially the onion relish and the regular BBQ sauce.

I wouldn't call this the best BBQ in town. Decent but nothing special. Try the real root beer. Takes some getting used to if you are used to the mass produced stuff but still good

Meh. Average to middling food, no idea why there's a line out the door. We love BBQ but honestly you get a tiny piece of meat and a dry piece of toast, and even the root beer sucks. Sauce is decent.

Joe's BBQ is a VERY popular place in Gilbert (and for good reason). As a result, it is often quite crowded. I recommend going for lunch or early dinner, if possible, to avoid the evening rush.
