    When I came to pick the car up, Reatha had preset two of the XM stations that I liked during the test drive, filled the car with gas, set the A/C and made sure I was comfortable before I drove out.

    Avoid. Every scheduled oil change they seem to find hundreds of dollars worth of repairs. It's fishy if you ask me.
