People tend to check in during these times:
Hiking trails are lame. This park is all about the Snorkeling.
Сам парк интересен только отличными пляжами и турами на риф. Риф для Америки очень неплохой, хоть и маленький. Очень интересные кораллы и много рыб. Бронировать туры на риф лучше заранее
Kayaking thru the mangroves, glassbottom boat reef and snorkel tours. Snack bar and gift shop here.
Kayaking trough the mangroves was an incredible experience. Go for multiple hours!
The snorkeling trip is worth every penny
Trying to stay cool in this blistering heat.....
Carl was a great captain!!!
There are way better beaches than these here but a lot of other fun activities: snorkeling tours, glass bottom boat tours, kayaking. Nature trails are nice if you stop and observe.
Snorkling tours go out of here, but for the record, you can also drive down the road for a broader selection. The self-snorkeling tour of sunken ships was a bit lame (sorry.)
One of the best places to launch a boat to get to most of the good upper keys reefs. Nice place to spend the day without having to go too far south.
This place sucks!
Real nice park..problem with the rocks inside the water but other than that..pretty chill spot to be with the family!
I saw a fish poop
Snorkeling trip to see the Jesus stature is totally worth it!
Snorkeling here is really nice. The beaches are very small and not so nice.
Very clean and modern. Snorkeling I'd a must. Watch out for the lizard!
Surprisingly good snorkeling off Cannon Beach - grouper, angelfish, snapper
Great fun, be sure to reserve campsites at least 11 months in advance.
Cool place to kayak!
Kayaking is a must do! Rent a double kayak and go for a marvelous ride in the mangrove trails :)
Unbedingt hier tauchen gehen....oder einfach nur entlang der Mangrovenwälder. Das ist Soutflorida mit seiner einmaligen Natur!
This park comprises 178 nautical square miles of seagrass beds, coral reefs and mangrove swamps and is the first undersea park in the United States.
Swam with the barracuda's but made it out alive!!! Soo much fun, everyone should experience snorkeling its like you're in another world down there!
Spring is best time if you don't like mosquitos!
Nice park, but nature trails are a bit overgrown.
Snorkeling, diving, and kayaking here are striking. Seagrass abounds - providing sanctuary for stingrays, young sharks, manatees, and herons. Bring a mask, snorkel, and fins so you won't have to rent.
Look out for large, mysterious, dog-sized creatures crossing the road in the distance around dusk.
Walk into the mangroves along the path all the way down and the water will b shallow and if u get in (bairly a foot deep) u go on this long pipe about five inches wide
Its so fun
If you ride your bike admission is only $2.50!
Finally snorkeling on our final day.
Check out the aquarium in the visitor center. And don't forget to leave a couple bucks in the donation jar to help keep the Keys beautiful.
If you want to go on Glass Bottom Boat or snorkeling het here before 3pm.
Bring bug spray and sunblock! Book your dive and snorkel trips in advance on the Pennekamp website. They are popular. If the current is good, you'll go out to the Christ of the Deep statue.
Interesting Fun Fact: This park was the first undersea park to be created in the United States, and visitors to the park can find miles of coral reefs, seagrass beds, and mangrove swamps.
Blister beetles come out in swarms in March!!! Like a Hitchcock movie! Frightening!
On mangrove trail, go right. Pass the stupid gate for fun adventure. Backflips from observation deck are fun!
Incredible snorkeling, spectacular and warm water too! fish, barracudas, sharks, dolphins, rays!
Be sure to ask whether the aquarium is open when you come by.
