This pub was actually named in honor of a group of fireman killed during a horrific Cardage factory fire in Glasgow, Scotland. Johnnie MacCracken, our mascot is the symbol for Celtic values: “I believe in truth, Honor, Justice, My word‘s my bond. I say”.
Dirty, smoke filled, cramped. Cobwebs everywhere, lacks ventilation. I was afraid to try the food but the Guinness was ok.
The Patio & fire pit is a cool place to hang in the cooler months. BNNorNormally
Be nice to Trish... Or else! Also, drink Bram's beers :)
PLANK of intl beer samples! Tiny NY sz deli kitchen delivers surprising irish fare. A little hit or miss-we've had the best damn fresh bread irish andwich i've ever had but next time- EH below average
They allow smoking here.
Great beer selection, pretty good seating variety with a fire pit, surprisingly good food.
The greatest craft beer selection in town PERIOD. The staff is very down to earth. This is where you come to try something new and make new friends for sure!
Great beer list!
Chicken and chips was awesome!
Trish is an absolutely fantastic bartender. Make sure to sit outside if the weather allows, you'll meet some great people and it's not as crowded as inside.
Everyone makes fast friends here! As a staff member, I have seen so many bonds made at my bar! Cheers!!
Worst food ever! Cheese plate is sliced deli cheese, dry boiled chicken sandwich served on an ice cold roll w/soggy chopped onions chilling in water for a week. Awful pizza & inedible grilled cheese
The owner is an ass! Asked a woman to not bring her 1/2 eaten boxed up salad to an outdoor table. She ate it around the corner as he harassed her off property. And a 3rd time while enjoying a beverage
They sell Hobgoblin Ale!
Non Smokers: use the far right entrance for a fresher-air MacCracken's experience.
These were the best chicken tenders ever, holy cow!
Great Monday night tunes
Great place to have a few beers with friends. Hopefully the idiots will leave the fire alone
Great service and food
What a great atmosphere for a fun night! Many beers on tap, and authentic fish and chips! Great for a fun get together with friends!
Great to have a fire pit outside in the back. Probably the only Pub around ATL to do that. And an excellent selection of whisky!
Best Irish Pub around!
Wife loved the surf - n - turf - Not what you might think- its grits, sausage and shrimp
The lunch sandwich menu is wonderful
If you don't see it on the menu... Ask.
Trish at the back bar...now that's the answer to a long hard week! Try the fish and chips...PERFECTION!
The Patio rocks and Dave is a great server!
I was there for a goodbye party for a coworker, had drinks only.
Only there for a goodbye get together, good beer selection.
Lunch Buffet Mon-Fri $7.50
Try a Bridgeport Bear Hug Chocolate Cherry Stout
Good joint, but poor bartenders that are rude and don't reflect principals of owners. Avoid.
4 drinks, slow service and a $43.00 tab. Definitely NOT going back to this overpriced dive.
The BBQ butt and pimento Mac and cheese are awesome! Highly recommended!
Mind the cockroaches!
This place is ball crackin' good
Elizabeth is the one to see when here!!!
Marietta Moonshiner prime rib sandwich with Irish cheddar and slaw is awesome!!
Avoid the weekend crowd.. ask for Lisa or Trish!
Come see Lisa
Try Belhaven Stout
My Favs: Soft Pretzel, Kraut n Hot Mustard, Crispin's and or Magner's Ciders, Scottish Bangers n Mash, Fish n Chips, Alton Brown's Corned Beef n Cabbage

Firepit out back is great on chilly nights
Get a trish-bomb from the lady herself at the back bar
