The oldest gay bar in NYC. Around so long it's a hip dive again. Julius' has the widest age range of clientele, from twinks to men probably here when it first allowed gays in the 1960s. Great burgers!

Established as bar 1864 in building from 1826. Allegedly oldest Greenwich Village bar and oldest gay bar (since 1950s). Site of gay activist 'sip ins' in the 1960s.
