    This station is too crowded and suffocating. Try to plan your travel and try not to be there during rush hour if you don't want to regret it.

    For North South Line trains towards Marina Bay, board the train at either Platform D/E or A. For less crowded train, board the train from Platform A

    Use Platform A to travel back home for passengers staying in north area. It is open from 5PM to 8PM only. Easier to board as one side of the door opens only.

    Very crowded and slow especially during peak hours. Between Clementi and Jurong East stations, too many halts! Waste journey time! If need to save time, go take trains during non-peak hours~

    Forget about courtesy at peak hours. Everyone is rushing to get a chance to board the train. If u are courtesy means u will lose out in boarding the train.

    This train station is the worst! The new line there doesn't help since now the population have 1 million more. Bottomline, before, now, then - still sandwich in between close doors.

    To lot 1 or north area, take red line train. It takes about 30 mins to travel to woodland

    If you miss the train from red yishun to pasir ris via jurong east mrt, you gonna get squeezed badly, especially morning and evening rush hours

    Platform A & B only open from 7 am to 9 am on Monday to Friday except public holiday. What about evening peak hour?!!! :( Please operate for evening peak hours too please :(

    SMRT added wrong platform for wrong train that make the green line so pack. After 8, will need to wait after 2-3 train in order to get in.

    I think the new screens fail, the orientation wrong. U need to be in front of the screen to see the info. The old ones can be seen from anywhere along platform.

    The train in the morning during weekdays is so pack.. Ppl on the train no longer sardines, more like tuna in a can.. 

    With the new platform, things are slightly better but the crowds are still horrible around 7-8am and 5-7pm on weekdays.

    If you are heading towards marina bay from je or from Joo koon take the new platform A ! Lesser thn the usual one! Rmb the platform is only operating during 7 am to 9 am!

    the train traffic / crowd is reduced quite a bit with the new line but needs more improvement

    Sucks when the train from bt batok chooses to stop on the to-passer ris track and when I need to go towards boon lay. Missed a few trains. Effed up service.

    Don't uds y govt. ban eating & drinking @ bus int. but still allow mama shop set up there. Lift the stupid ban & have more rubbish bin allocated.
