My favorite ramen spot in the city! Way less crowded than Ippudo or Totto. Get the Spicy Miso ramen with pork!
As authentic as it gets in NYC. If you like savory, try the Kambi Sio!
I've gotten many of their options here and you can't really go wrong. The Kambi, shoyu, wahoo and spicy miso are all great. I like the thick or wavy noodles. Same menu as Minca with less of a crowd.
The tsukumen noodles are just the right amount of chewy, and the broth is delicious (salty/savory/addictive). But the pork and egg left much to be desired :-/
Not a fan to be honest
~$13 pretty good lunch Ramen. Dine in. Cash only.
This is Minca Ramen without the crazy lines.
It's decent, but nothing special. The pork gyoza are nice.
Same menu as minca, but the restaurant has bigger space and better for groups.
Get the veggie mountain with a spicy miso base. They also have bean thread noodles for the GF crowd.
The spicy basic ramen with extra pork is legit, enjoy the sweet sweet food comma
Second time! Spicy basic Ramen! Bring it on!
Spicy miso ramen is excellent, not fancy but very tasty. Service is always fast and friendly.
Nothing fancy but is as good as Minca. Fresh and really tasty food served in reasonable portions for a reasonable price. The only downside is that it's cash only.
Cash only. Hot sake is microwaved.
Good Japanese ramen
Spicy miso ramen here (and at sister shop Minca) is one of my favorites. Don't sleep on the tsukemen, either.
Go for the spicy miso ramen!
The #3 Basic ramen is wonderful! Melt in your mouth charshu! Same menu as Minca, but a better place. Come hungry.
the spicy vegetarian ramen at minca was definitely better. all in all very bland at both places...don't bother!
Basic pork broth soup is delicious. Soup is not overly salty and the pork belly melts in your mouth.
Awesome pork ramen at great price...cash only
The veggie ramen isn't great. Best to skip this place if you're a veg head
Spicy miso is excellent. Pork is excellent, as is the pork broth. Corn is a nice touch! Kambi is also owned by the people from Minca, but has way more seating.
Delicious ramen and very good friendly service! Also got a table on a Friday night in 10mins
Spicy miso > shoyu > basic/shio/wahoo. Try chicken if pork is too fatty for you. Wavy noodle. My go to
Great lunch special!
Springy ramen noodles in delish broths. Order homemade fried pork or shrimp gyoza & Wahoo Sio: 1/2-sodium, sliced chicken in chicken broth w/ Thin wavy wheat noodle & a side of roasted garlic sauce.
basic, no nonsense ramen
Get the spicy miso ramen - even better, come for the lunch special on the weekday with a salmon don (rice bowl)
Cash only! Made me feel a bit claustrophobic (sat in the back).
Delicious ramen that is just as good, if not better than Momofuko.
I fear that if I tell you how good this place is, you will come here and make me wait longer for the most delicious ramen in New York!!
Best Ramen place in NYC
Please keep forming lines at Minca so I can always roll into this sister restaurant with no wait. Thanks!
Holy jesus DO NOT get the extra pork unless you want the broth to turn into pure lard and KO you for the rest of the day. I think i need to go the doctor's and get a checkup after this meal
Not worth it for the price
Last call at 10:45pm....basic number 3 is my jam
Spicy miso is a must!!!
Spicy Misi Tsukemen - delicious!
Fr deliciousness per waiting time, this is the best ramen in the city. It's also my personal favorite overall!
Never a good idea to eat on 14th street
Delicious shrimp dumplings.
Recommend the spicy salmon don!! Great sauce!!
Very thick and flavorful broth. I like 😊
If you like Spicy Ramen, try the rich Spicy Basic Ramen! It's delicious!
The spicy miso tsukemen is quite delicious. They are very generous with the portion of the noodles, which is always a plus.
