I got the miso, they use peanut butter in it which gives it a unique flavor. My girlfriend got the basic and enjoyed it. It was good, not great. I would go back to try some of the different noodles.

The tsukumen noodles are just the right amount of chewy, and the broth is delicious (salty/savory/addictive). But the pork and egg left much to be desired :-/

Nothing fancy but is as good as Minca. Fresh and really tasty food served in reasonable portions for a reasonable price. The only downside is that it's cash only.

Spicy miso is excellent. Pork is excellent, as is the pork broth. Corn is a nice touch! Kambi is also owned by the people from Minca, but has way more seating.

Tsukemen is also referred to by the name dipping noodles; rather than being combined in one bowl, the noodles and toppings are served on the side, then dipped with chopsticks into the broth. Read more
