The best ramen you can find, this side of the River Jordan! Come on down! Yes!
Please keep forming lines at Minca so I can always roll into this sister restaurant with no wait. Thanks!
Great place to eat solo. Cash only, also.
We come here so often that they know our usual spot and usual order! Vegetable Tan men ...ask for pork broth! So good
The pork basic broth is one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. Get it with thick noodles.
Try the Homemade Cold Fresh Tofu (via @Foodspotting)
You can't go wrong with the Kambi Sio.
I fear that if I tell you how good this place is, you will come here and make me wait longer for the most delicious ramen in New York!!
It was really tasty!
Spicy miso ramen Amen
Can't go wrong with the Basic noodle in pork broth with extra charshu.
Get the spicy miso ramen - even better, come for the lunch special on the weekday with a salmon don (rice bowl)
Spicy Misi Tsukemen - delicious!
Recommend the spicy salmon don!! Great sauce!!
The spicy miso tsukemen is quite delicious. They are very generous with the portion of the noodles, which is always a plus.
Spicy miso ramen is the best! Also $4 plum wine...
Jeeeesus, watch out for the chef spraying snot into the kitchen sink! Ewwww, I'm never coming back.
Asian 5.3b: New York has some really good Japanese ramen places. The most famous one is probably Ippudo. And I also like Kambi on 14th as well.
The shrimp gyoza is to die for. Also, this is run by real japanese, not faux-japanese like most popular places in the East Village.
must try the alaskan crab miso ramen and ask it to be spicy...very good dish
The miso ramen had too much flavor. Got hard to eat toward the bottom of the bowl.
The ramen is fine but get the charshu don with chicken. So good!
ugh, I hate this place - overpriced ramen that is half the quality of setagaya or ippudo.
Great lunch special!
Springy ramen noodles in delish broths. Order homemade fried pork or shrimp gyoza & Wahoo Sio: 1/2-sodium, sliced chicken in chicken broth w/ Thin wavy wheat noodle & a side of roasted garlic sauce.
basic, no nonsense ramen
Cash only! Made me feel a bit claustrophobic (sat in the back).
Delicious ramen that is just as good, if not better than Momofuko.
Best Ramen place in NYC
Holy jesus DO NOT get the extra pork unless you want the broth to turn into pure lard and KO you for the rest of the day. I think i need to go the doctor's and get a checkup after this meal
Not worth it for the price
Last call at 10:45pm....basic number 3 is my jam
Spicy miso is a must!!!
Fr deliciousness per waiting time, this is the best ramen in the city. It's also my personal favorite overall!
Never a good idea to eat on 14th street
Delicious shrimp dumplings.
Very thick and flavorful broth. I like 😊
If you like Spicy Ramen, try the rich Spicy Basic Ramen! It's delicious!
Same awesomeness as Minca and so much easier to get to!
The McDonald's of ramen in NYC. Jin ramen near Columbia is world's better. Ended up leaving most of my bowl untouched.
The crab meat miso ramen is lighter and pretty tasty but expensive
TRY THE RADISH SALAD!!!!
Conveniently off the 1st Ave L Train, same owners as Minka.
Spicy ramen was decidedly unspicy and quite honestly, terrible. Save your money and use it to go to Jin Ramen in Harlem.
Don't drink the tea...if you're not OK with the waitress recycling tea from others...
Try the Spicy Miso Ramen or Tsukemen (dipping style- make sure they heat the dipping sauce extra)
