service is better over at the restaurant, because they're a little friendlier. I had there Sandabs, which was flavorful, creamy, and full of ingredients. Their mashed potatoes was creamy and delicious

Excellent bakery, deli, and restaurant! The sandwiches are a meal in themselves, so be prepared. The bread is baked fresh, the meat is lean and tender, and everything is made with fresh ingredients.

The Halavah with pistachios (none of that Chocolate covered aberration) from the Deli is fantastic. Great baked goods and some nice fish.

This ex pat New Yorker loves the authentic sandwiches, and the chopped chicken liver is the best this side of Katz's.

Got to be one of the better old school New York style delis in SoCal especially outside of LA. Restaurant and bakery are classic...

The place has a voluminous menu that spans matzo to mud pie, spinach salad to skyscraper sandwiches, knish to kippers-not to mention a full bakery that houses fresh rolls and bagels. Read more

Food is yummy and reasonably priced, but done plan to sit at the counter and have a quick quiet meal. The regulars are friendly and a little too chatty for my liking.

This place has a full bakery and restaurant. I usually come for the Monte Cristo sandwich. They make it right which is non-greasy from the frying. All their sandwiches are big which means leftovers:)

The bakery has the BEST bagels. If they are real busy sit at the counter. You will get seated quicker and the service is a bit better. I love the corned beef.

If you arrive around 11:30, be prepared to wait 20-25 minutes... and have a good laugh as the lady at the counter tells everyone arriving that there is just a 10 minute wait.

Ask to sit in the front area. If you get seated all the way in the back you get shitty service and squished together will a bunch of old people talking about cancer. Food is good. Bakery is the best!
