The location above the Cedar River is such an amazing location and very inspiring. But it's difficult to be indoors with all the beauty outside! If you get stuck take a quick walk around outside!

Check out the river (high today!) + salmon spawning, use park amenities, or walk on the trail.

Work comes before play, remember! That's the lesson behind Martha Pettigrew's near life-sized bronze sculpture of a studious little boy. It's located on the south side of the library.

You are standing right above the beautiful Cedar River. Each fall, Coho, Sockeye, and Chinook salmon return to the river to spawn. It is quite a site!

Great story time for the kids. Singing, reading, rhyming, reading, even bubbles! And then more reading.
