Irish meatballs and mash with a Kell's stout.....so good I could lick the bowl!! Oops, I already did.
Live music 7 days / week starting around 9pm. Great potato chip nachos! Solid beer selection. Almost always a lot of fun!
Irish stew, shepherd's pie, sweet potato fries. Beer.
Not big fan of lager but you should try Kells lager!
Great live music and a good atmosphere.
Irish meatballs. OH YEAH!!!
The food was yummy!
Nice spot to catch up with old friends or make new ones when touring downtown Portland. Great selection on tap.
This spot is good! The food is good! The beer is good! The service is friendly and efficient (good).
It's really a good place to go when you visit Portland. I really enjoy it.
This place has an abundance of character and a great overall ambiance. I have been in for beer and appetizers and always enjoy it.
The bar stools are super low but the food and beer is good
Tried the Talisker 10 year on the rocks. Not bad, but too much iodine on the tongue for my taste.
Summertime means the back patios open. Big screens out for sports viewing and you can still enjoy the Irish tunes from inside.
Irish stew Worth having.
You must order the gorgonzola spread with fruit and the wings!!!!!! Burgers were great too!
Food is great and atmosphere lovely for an evening with friends.
The waiters drop tar tar sauce on people's back.
Awful service. The food is mediocre, and the staff doesn't seem to care about the customer. We went to watch the World Cup game and nobody knew how to then on the TV.
Friendly service, great food, big fan of their Hard Cider!
Be sure to try to throw a dollar at the ceiling. Look up as you enter; you'll see what I mean.
Poor service and unexperienced staff. Group of 4 might have to eat their meals off of their lap if they get seated at a 2 top. Upstairs only has 3 beer choices. Watch out getting handed old menu.
Irish nachos are the best!
The shepard's pie is excellent!
The service, the food, the atmosphere and the live music.. All amazing. We even went in on a Saturday night and still had impeccable service, I wish I had gotten her name to recommend her.
Too slow for dinner.
They're wings are amazing!! Jameson bbq sauce..
Fish and chips! The chips are okay, but the Fish is fantastic.
Look up! ;)
Check out downstairs . . . Great little cigar bar. Decent selection of sticks. Not for those who don't like cigar smoke. Pretty smokey down here.
Ask for the Hangover Shepherd's Pie. It enhances the Irish staple like nobody's business.
This was a disappointment....bartender great....beer great....service not so much
Try the red breast! (It's a drink) lol
Love the shepherds pie.
Oh my god.... Bangers and mash? Deeeeelish!
Get the salmon fish & chips. Ridiculously delicious! & Make sure to request your fries crispy--unless you like soft fries.
The Reuben is delicious and love the pickles!
Cigar room down low is an awesome place
Chicken Buffalo sandwich & Porter beer FTW :D
Finally a place in the states that has real Guinness, not the crap you see in sports bars.
Nice Irish Pub right in the heart of Portland!
Kell's fries are great!
We really liked the salmon and chips! :)
Kells new Red Ale is definitely worth a try, it's like a slightly creamy Smithwicks.
Try irish nachos to share. Really good with harp beer
Car bombs! That's all you need to know!
Michael Collins Whiskey Sour + Guinnes w/ Kerry
It's an Irish pub done right: loud, abrasive, smelly and full of loud, abrasive, smelly people.
First visit, came just to check out cigar lounge in basement.Good ventilation. Nice to inside during bad weather.
Kells is an official Timbers pub which means they will play every televised Timbers match - with sound - all season long. View Timbers schedule here: http://www.portlandtimbers.com/schedule
Was in town 2 days. Went both days! Lamb stew was great. Beautiful views within!!
The chicken mushroom pasture is incredible.
Cigars with Zaya rum, never a bad combo
The Irish stew is amazing!
Check out the super tall urinals! I am 6'1 and I got scared.
Sweet outside patio!
Kell's Irish Restaurant & Pub is rated one of the best Irish pubs in America. They proudly support the Portland Timbers and are an official MLS pub!
Nice spot! Great selection of beers on tap
I love you kells!!
Nestled in the heart of downtown Portland, Kell's Irish Pub has been serving the Northwest for nearly 25 years and has been a loyal Official U.S. Soccer Bar since the program’s inception in 2008.
Gets pretty crowded after 8 PM so try to get there earlier than that. Getting a table can take forever!
Great food and great service! Horrible that they don't split checks for large parties.
If you can`t come to Ireland go to Kell`s and watch some Rugby or Football!
Irish coffee toffee is a great warm-up on a chilly night out.
Try the Creamed Mushrooms On Toast With Chives
Two things are a must here: the cheesecake. And the bltc. Also car bombs are fun.
great Irish whiskey selection...try the Country Pie.
All City fans welcome here! Officially endorsed MCFC Heart of the City venue!
They have a huge thing on Saint Patrick's Day which we went to this year.
If you sit upstairs you have to go downstairs to order/get your food. They are only serving drinks up here.
I don't go for the beer or even the food... the live music is the best! On weekdays they generally have something acoustic.
Bring the Rogues and friends back
Sheperd's pie the best
There is a secret to sticking you $ to the ceiling. Can you figure it out?
Guiness meatballs are to die for!!
Sheperd's Pie. A must try.
Huge Whiskey selection. ask bartender about the special whiskeys from the local distilleries. Very rare. great place to watch soccer
