The stylish Kensington Close Hotel in central London is located in a quiet spot close to the shops of High Street Kensington, just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest tube station.
Small cozy rooms, great location. Outstanding service.
The staff here are great very helpful and friendly room comfortable and close to all your needs
Rooms are too small, breakfast is very poor and you have to pay for all facilities
Hotel muito confortável porém o café da manhã e o Wi-Fi são pagos separadamente.
Buena ubicación, confirtable
Small room as all London hotel
Really small Rooms & free wifi
Вай фай не соответсвует своей дорогущей цене, действует только на одном устройстве; комнаты очень маленькие, мини-бара нет, ванные принадлежности не в полном комплекте; вообще отель не на 4ку
The price of the internet it's £10.
Great location, food and staff! I loved everyone here! They were so nice when I got sick, they kept sending me tea and tissues without charging me. At the restaurant everyone tried to be helpful!
In this day and age paying £9.95/day for Wifi is simply #outrageous.
hotel internet is suck.
Хорошее месторасположение! Маленькие комнаты! Дорогой wi-fi! Плохой сервис! Не работает АС! Никогда не приезжайте сюда!!!
We got a free room upgrade. Free wife and a discount on breakfast. Lovely facilities. Very happy.
Try their selection of sweets; the restaurant will not let you down here.
I wish I had checked out the reviews here before booking. Added charges everywhere. 10 pounds/day for wifi, service charges on top of room service in small print for shocking food. 8 quid to use pool.
While the location is ideal, the hotel is not. £9.99 a day for wifi, £32 a day for parking (which is not even valeted), and ATROCIOUS soundproofing in the rooms. Not worth the price.
You have to pay £8 if you want to use their own pool. Even if you are staying there! Poor expensive wifi. Small rooms.
Good location but tiny tiny rooms. Nice enough. Feels over priced by I guess that's London. Decent breakfast.
Great location in Central London & while the rooms are small that didn't bug me. What *did* bug me was the having to pay £10 for wifi (per day!) & the connection wasn't even that great.
Non-guests can't buy wifi access despite misleading login page.
Hotel is much better in real that in some reviews. Many nice and helpful people work there. Nice place, perfect location and not expensive in some offers. Very good restaurant.
Great hotel, until you enter the room... It is so tiny! And i realy missed a mini bar.. The service and location are super!
Room was nice, but small. Good location near the High Street Kensington tube. It was a VERY crowded hotel and it was hard to get help at the front desk when I needed directions, etc. Expensive WiFi!!
Despite of being well placed in London, wifi is too expensive. I got a Three SIM card and did some tethering, with better results.
The room is too small and the cleaning so bad, not worth 300 euros per night
Horrible experience - small rooms, disconnecting Internet, noisy construction.
£8 to use the gym as a resident, even though it is 3/4 shut due to refurbishment. Tip left on a £10 charge for poor quality WiFi. Everything is a further charge.
Really now!?? Pay for Wi-Fi?????
It's good but expensive... Wifi costs 10 pounds a day!
£10 a day for wifi and poky rooms.
Poky rooms and £15 extra for breakfast? I can't believe I came here again.
You need to pay for internet and it isn't comfortable.
You need to pay for Internet ...
Yataklari harika suana kadar gordugum en yumusak ve konforlu yatak galiba :)
This hotel isn't prepared to cater for small children even though they will take money off you to upgrade your room to get a cot. Couldn't even get a high chair at breakfast.
Great reception at arrival. Small but good room. Everything lived up to expectations, and no nobody pays me say this!
Pay the extra £20 to upgrade. Larger newer room. Still a bargain at around £80! Bathroom smart, shower could be more powerful. Public areas lovely now refurb complete
Before the rebuild quality has developed. The place is strategic in central London. I'll be glad to come back
Free Wifi, bfast cost£11, no mini bar & Standard Twin room small reaLLy small:(
This hotel's leisure facilities are something to rave about. Check out the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Swimming lessons and aqua classes are also offered.
Of course the website photos are only of the newly renovated areas i.e. the lobby and prob a display room of what it will eventually look like. Rooms are small an out dated. Bar is a ripoff. Don't go
It takes a long time to check in!
Very small rooms !
Had to dial externally to get reception to answer! Still renovating! No tv channels, hard old towels, small room & not cheap! #fail
Don't bring your cat. You wont be able to swing it in an exec room. If you are in a standard room it would be between you and cat who stayed
4 star hotel, you ve got to be kidding, reception is always busy and long que, just the location is good, i dont recommend for sure..
No wifi and rooms are thiny. Ok bathroom!
Rooms are tiny!!!!!
Avoid it! the location is good, but the hotel is bad from any point of view.
