WW Cheap Eats 2011 favorites: banana bread ($2.75 a slice), the migas ($9, $10.50 with housemade chorizo), biscuits and gravy ($9), fried egg sandwiches ($4.50 to $6.00) and Mimosas ($6.50).
Get the migas and a big mimosa.
The coffee is SO good - maybe the best in PDX. The apple bacon scone with maple glaze is a must. Breakfasts are good and decently-priced, too.
The cheddar scallion scone is great.
I can't say enough about the bacon cheddar scones!
Order the D-Bear Bowl!!
Make sure you say hi to the cooks they are the best.
The Reuben with housemade pastrami is excellent. Try it!
A mix of Italian and American classics are available at this restaurant, which serves everything from breakfast and pastries until 2pm, and a pizza-heavy dinner menu at night.
It's also open for dinner from 5-9pm Monday-Saturday
I must come back here!
Loaded potato waffle. So good!
In a hurry? Grab a scone and latte to go from the counter. I recommend their newest flavor "hot chocolate" which is a chocolate scone with chocolate chips, mini-marshmallows, and a lingering spice.
Scrambash Bowl. Every time.
Dana is the best!
Food was delicious, service sucked, they were rude, and the whiskey drink I ordered had no whiskey in it. It's a shame, I wanted to like this place...
WEEKDAYS: order at the counter. WEEKENDS: table service if eating here (grab a cup of Stumptown coffee while you wait to be seated) and to go order at the counter.
Their breakfast burrito is the best I've found.
There is nothing bad here. Scones are amazing, coffee is fantastic, Reuben in the morning rocks.
