People tend to check in during these times:
Kim Lian Kee in Petaling Street has been run by a Lee family since the 1920s. It claims to be the first Hokkien-style fried mee in Kuala Lumpur. Its third generation owner insist on frying the noodle with charcoal to maintain its unique taste.

Their hokkien mee is really good. Top 5 in KL.
Their Hokkien Mee, being one of the most well known in KL, notwithstanding a little oily, is pretty good. However, try to avoid for other food. In my opinion, slightly overpriced and l bad service.
