Superb traditional pub serving some of the best real and craft beer anywhere in the UK.
Beer as good as you'll get anywhere in the UK. Great staff and good value accommodation.
The best beer in London.
Classic East end boozer. Brew own beer and there are pints here for £2. Some interesting 'characters' present and certainly football-orientated, but generally a decent vibe.

Great pub serving the fabulous Brodick beers.
Great pub with the fantastic Brodick beers brewed on site.
The home of Brodies beer, this is a "proper" east London boozer. Insanely cheap, zero pretension, and pictures of the queen everywhere. Ignore the rampant patriotism and enjoy the fantastic beer.
London Sour ROCKS
Good traditional boozer, great real ale, non poncy food and a big screen for the footie.
Cherry sour yummy.
england flags in the windows. ugh.
Brodie’s modern brews and turn-of-the-century pub atmosphere are the big attractions at the King William IV Bar and Hotel, which also offers inexpensive guest rooms. (via nytimes)
Serves gay beer! Brewed with the help of London's gay community apparently.
This pub brews its own beers - there's a wide selection and they are only £1.99 a pint! The Lab Rat Porter was particularly good. Some of them are very strong. Also serves delicious, inexpensive pub
If you like real ale you cannot miss this place. Home of the Brodies microbrewery, there are anything up to 12 beers on at once, plus some good lagers.
