This was originally a private road for King Charles II, who used it to travel from Westminster to Hampton Court Palace (some of his friends could use it too). It only became a public road in 1830.
Want to do a bit of shopping in the area? The Kings Road is one of the most famous streets in London.
The King's Road, possibly London's finest road, it extends from Sloane Square to World's End. If you have a Sunday free, explore the Saachi Gallery and sip an espresso in the square.
The only road in London with everything you could possibly need within walking distance. It's always a joy to shop, meetup with friends or relax in a cafe here!! Highly recommend a visit!
Slow service, waiters who don't understand English, over-cooked steak, watery Bearnaise. Disappointing.
"Walkin' down the King's Road, I see so many faces They come from many places They come down for the day [....] Here they come la la la la la la la la la la la la The part time punks!"

Bellissima (ed un tempo famosissima) arteria di chelsea per lo shopping, ma anche semplicemente per passeggiare o rilassarsi. Merita una visita ma senza fretta, magari fermandosi in un bel coffee shop
