The best way to enjoy Kish is to get involved, very involved. Do everything you want here, and you will be very happy with your time here!
Terrace (outside A-400 wing—south side): Table, chairs, view of the pond! What a fabulous place to relax and study!
B-400 Art Wing: Artworks by students and faculty on display all along the hallway.
Art Gallery: Works from a different artist each month during the fall and spring semesters---including Student Art Shows in December and May!
Kuhl Terrace (outside the B-400 lounge): Fountain and quiet place to sit and meditate or study—built by Kish hort students!
Natural Prairie (northwest end of campus): Hort department does a ‘prairie burn’ each spring to stimulate prairie plant growth for the summer.
Poinsettia Tree (Conference Center Atrium): Made with red poinsettias grown in the Kish greenhouse by hort students.
If you're hungry, try Karshone's Kafe in nearby Malta. GREAT food and cheap! Keep in mind, they close around 3.
