This hotel has the best customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone is friendly and so hospitable. They go out of their way to make you happy which is so rare. Stay here and enjoy!

Make sure you don't have a cracked I'd that is taped. TSA doesn't see a problem but they wouldn't accept it. After almost 30 hours to get here not a good start

Boutique gem of a hotel. Make sure to get the breakfast package (well worth it) and chill on the lawn or beach during sunset.

Book a surfing lesson with Chris Kauwe, the lead surf instructor at the on-site water sports center. He’s known for getting even first-time surfers to stand up on the board.

Rent the snorkel gear, the reef fish are amazing. Make sure to get an underwater camera. It's worth it.

Best Mai tai on the island. Don't believe the hype elsewhere -- but try them if you must -- then come home to the Koa Kea for the best. You're staying here, right? Good.

A beautiful boutique hotel- beach front, with a beautiful lawn. Try the restaurant, Red Salt, located in the lobby for a delicious sit down dinner. Drinks? Try the Kekaha Gold at the outdoor Cabana.
