    Wantan Mee. 51 Mingfa #01-64 packs above average WTM. Noodles r 'q' (springy), wantans hv strong hints of pepper & char siew (BBQ pork) slices succulent. Super-long waiting time on weekends!

    There is an unassuming stall Xing Xing 兴兴 near to the mutton soup that pan fry traditional teochew kuehs. The ku-chai kuehs are delicious!

    Prawn noodles. Chai Kee #01-66 is the rare few stalls still serving kangkung (water spinach) AND taugeh (bean sprouts). Soup is clear & yummy. Lots of lar pok (fried pork lard cubes) for added flavour

    Try the Chee Cheong fun (rice rolls) at stall facing wet market. Long q as lady owner slowly prepares each order. Delicious - smooth and yummy . Some say as good as those from KL.

    A1 kway chap super salty. The mei cai salty ok. The sauce us salty, the soup with the kway is salty too. The serving of the kway is like half of what other stalls sell. Super not recommended.

    Bak Chor Mee: D long q @ stall #01-05 had me fantasising how delicious their minced meat fishball noodles was. It was an illusion. Noodle was starchy, rojak ingredients were fighting ea other :-(

    Chicken curry noodle: #01-05 was disappointing. Lotsa recommendations on 4SQ. After 15-min q later, realised it was just their laksa sauce with boiled chicken. Zero curry :-( I'll go Hong Lim nxt time
