I've been here several times and feel like they look at me like a twit every time. Tim never remembers me, even though he's been my service advisor for over a year. Customer service is lacking!

Parts guys are excellent, all of them, Ken in particular, and very knowledgeable, service is ehhh techs seem good but service counter guys seem upset with their jobs, def still get my parts here still

Service department took care of my TPMS light on my 2009 Honda Civic. Had to order a part to repair my door lock, but once that is resolved I will be satisfied. Both are warranty repairs.
For service, stay in the right turn lane on Kennedy and take a right just AFTER the main entrance.
Ask for Danny Campbell..... He's the VW Sales Manager and he does an Awesome Job!
Make appt @ 7am, be done before 8am.
