Kungsträdgården (Swedish for "King's Garden") is a park in central Stockholm, Sweden. It is colloquially known as Kungsan.
Months of May and June have got to be the best time to visit, when the cherry trees are in blossom - stunning!🌸💗
A place for a latte under the cherry blossom in the absolute center of Stockholm. Circled by restaurants and within walking distance of Old town and Djurgården. Lots of happenings here.
A garden fit for a King.
Always something going on here in Stockholm's city park. Check out www.kungstradgarden.se
A nice park that was now accessible to the public. It's a great park to stroll around when the weather is nice. Nice flowers.
К сожалению,после цветения сакуры,парк теряет свою привлекательность.
Cherry blossom in spring is a must see!
Тут слишком много народу!!)
Popular park to have lunch on sunny days. Beautiful cherry blossom trees during Spring time.
Ice skating winter time and nice restaurants and events summer time.
Very nice park. I will definitely come back during spring time:-)
Love this park!
nice place for a rest between wonderful old town (gamla stan) an vibrant shopping mile.
Go here when during the cherry blossom season, it's like being in a Japanese fairytale
Månadens frukost med Sveriges Kommunikatörer.
The statue of Karl XIII has lions at each corner and is referred to as "the pot between four lions, referring to a Swedish slang expression for a coward (cf Karl XII).
Karl XII's statue has mortars at each corner & points towards Russia, which he invaded in the early 1700's & suffered a huge defeat. Some call it "the lion between four pots" (NB he's a neo-Nazi icon)
The two long paths running the length of the park are named after Swedish opera legends Birgit Nilsson and Jussi Björling
Neat inner-city park close to where the sightseeing boats dock. Lined with small cafés, of which our favourite was the hut nearest the water (close to the statue of Karl XII).
Love this "corner" of Stockholm.
Riktig usel jävla bar!
A park that is pretty popular during the summer. It's by the river and very close to old town, which adds to its charm.
Magical during the spring and a fun place to be at both summer and winter. However, be aware of pickpockets and overpriced (but good) ice cream.
Experience multi-cultural Stockholm Culinary landscape at #SmakaPaStockholm Festival each year in early June.
Saturday or Monday, no matter, full of people.
Lovely park! Saw it in May and was beautiful!
Amazing Dj performance, thanks Steve Angello😀Also the fireworks rocks😎
Magical cherry blossom trees during the spring. Can get really crowded!
Autumn Glory in Kungsträdgården! The park used to be the Kings kitchen garden in the 1400s, in the 15 and 1600s it was known as a garden of lust where the kings and queens came to frolic in the sun.
Live music is very good!
One of the most beautiful places in Stockholm :)
Nice place in the heart to rest for a while, but there is quite loud.
Det är här Sverige firar sina Guld!
Vasa Gospel på scenen
The best place to chill during summer.
I love This part of Stockholm...
One of the most beautiful places to visit in Stockholm during spring. The cherry blossom is fantastic and is a sight without a doubt.
A natural meeting point in the city center. In the summer you see people enjoying the sun. During winter you see them ice-skating. Lined with restaurants and cafés, a great place to people watch!
Several cafes with outdoor seating right on the park. My fav was Piccolino.
Lovely in Summer and Winter Time :) love to Sir around there and the Ice Skating is also really great!
Beautiful square in Stockholm. Have a blast iceskating during winters and be amazed by the blossoming cherry trees during spring.
Все цветёт! Красота!
Здесь есть бесплатный Wifi, и конечно можно звонить через YouMagic!
Snöänglar i parken är önskvärt och gör dina medmänniskor glada.
Really tiny skating rink in winter.
You'll have the best time ice skating here in winter. Also known as Kungsan, this park is a popular hangout in the city. Don't miss the historical Charles XIII statue and Fountain by J. P. Molin.
