The male changing room is always sweltering like a sauna. Unless I'm actually getting changed in the sauna?
They've recently let people hire permanent lockers which were already in short supply. Too greedy for my liking but the only pool within walking distance of my office.
Disappointment. No clips on the spinning bikes, sound system didnt work for first 30 minutes of class, only 2 giant kettle bells made for this of hulk proportions. Only good thing is natural light
Try to avoid lunch times. Since hiring out lockers, it'd become hard to get a decent size one. Only spare ones are tiny.
A small gym with all the basics. The pool is small but often very quiet. Overall a good workout gym. Get in, work hard and get out. This isn't a health spa but is reasonably priced for what it offers.
Put it this way; this morning there was a special announcement to tell everyone there was hot water... other than that, a decent (if lacking in the weights/resistance department) gym.
