    David's body works class on Tuesday night is great for all levels of fitness. He's pretty funny too. Karuna's class Monday nights is a bit more brutal but worth it

    Pretty decent gym but can get real crowded during peak hours. Always check their schedule if you want to do anything like spin or use the pool ... nothing worse then showing & seeing water aerobics. Read more
