David's body works class on Tuesday night is great for all levels of fitness. He's pretty funny too. Karuna's class Monday nights is a bit more brutal but worth it
If you're on a machine and just playing on your phone and not actually using the machine, please just get off and let someone who will actually use it get on...
Spin class on Tuesday at 6:45 and Thursday at 5:30 are awesome
Drink plenty of ice cold water and you have no choice but to work out.
Please respect the gym and others by cleaning up after yourself. This includes putting weights away, wiping down equipment when necessary, and throwing away your garbage.
Never, ever, ever, never, ever ask the older Asian lady behind the juice bar for some ice! Even if you are willing to pay for it.
Gotta love when people throw the big dumbbells down - what does that really prove to everybody? That you are strong? No... try lazy and ill-mannered

Not liking 11 am Sat body works. Too much upper body, not enough lower body and some of the moves feel unsafe.

People laugh at aqua aerobics like it's just for old ladies but that class will work you out! Try it!

There's a guy here that has an underdeveloped body that uses the equiptment wrong and is so proudly loud about it....and he's a trainer....scary

If you're on cardio equipment and barely moving. Get the hell off so someone who wants to workout can.
