Working out here first thing in the morning is the best. There aren't many people, it isn't so stuffy, and there's plenty of equipment available.
There are a ton of squat racks, free weight, benches and other stuff for bar workouts. I just signed up and I'm ecstatic.

Why can't people wipe the machines off after they are finished using them!
No air conditioning and no hot water for months and they don't give a shit. Piss poor management. You would be better off to go somewhere else.
Bring some money for the smoothies. They are fabulous!

Mondays are crazy busy and pretty much any day between 4pm-8pm it can be hard to find an empty cardio machine and may have to wait awhile for certain weight machines but it's nice and kept very clean!
Always have a back up workout plan if you go between 4-8 pm
Don't forget your headphones at home :(

Only downfall to LA is being there around 5ish on the weekdays, sooo packed. But other than that it's a great place to work out!
Please don't bring your shake weight to the gym. It is very awkward to watch!!!
If you're not willing to come at least 4 days a week, stay out of the first row in the Men's locker room!!!!
Body Works class on Saturday is amazing!!
If you sing "all I do is Wynn" while you rep, your muscles grow faster
Go early or late to avoid the gym rats.
