    Don't expect to walk in an get a buddy pass if a friend has a membership. Unless you are serious about a membership you have to PAY $15 TO WORKOUT ONE DAY!!!!!

    Free weights are awesome. Take a couple and use the fitness gym if it's unoccupied. Better yet, ask a trainer to check your form.
