Best time for lap swimming is 2 hrs before aqua fit. Pool is at the perfect temp! I wouldn't recommend going immediately after that class. Water feels nasty prob for reasons I hope are not true.
Sarah's cycle class is intense and a lot of fun. Make you sure you prepare yourself with lots of fluid and food. Bikes fill up fast!
Set a reasonable goal! Then once u attain it, go for a bigger one after that! Never give up!!!

Take Bootcamp it will work you hard
Avoid on "Member Appreciation Days"! You'll be tripping over pointless vendors in the aisles and listening to raffle contests being screamed over the intercom!
