This gym is small, old, and always empty. With that said, it's a great place to workout. It's clean, never crowded and rarely has those meatheads who yell a lot. Their personal trainer Is very good.
Yeah, it's not the most upscale state of the art gym, but all the essentials are here for a great workout. It's rarely crowded either so you can show up, work out with little or no wait, and go.
Parking lot is poorly designed. If it's full, you can usually park on the Chandler bridge over the LA River.
Where are the 20lbs dumbbells? Guys?
Spinning instructors are hit or miss. At least they have free parking
Horrible health club. Small rooms, and dirty. 2 treadmill machines in the hall facing each other. Showers are not private.
Great if you are a racquetball enthusiast and dont like waiting to use equipment.
Not the biggest or newest, but cool local neighborhood gym. i like it!
only join if you get it for less than $25 and never buy PT sessions.
Small but very chill. Never busy, I can always do whatever I want whenever I want. Staff is super nice. I like it.
its really not worth it
This place has old crap equipment. This will be my last check in here
