The kinilaw is great with rice, a Filipino ceviche. Kalderata chicken tasted like something out of a Chinese restaurant. A very familiar taste for me. The coconut shake comes with vanilla ice cream.

Tokwa't baboy is my ultimate favorite! Crispy pata is the second on my list. These two have a common denominator - the rockstar combination of vinegar, soy sauce, labuyo and everything nice. Delish!

buffet is on every Friday! The Rice and dishes type. So it's not the usual buffet at restaurants or hotel. Food is great. U need to be early to get a seat on Fridays.

Food is acceptable. Tapa is juicy, kinilaw is ok. Sisig and embutido are great. But lumpia is tiny!! Also, saw the lady used her bare hands transferring shaved ice for my halo halo. Eww.

Dear fellow Pinoys, I am sure most of you sing well in the shower. But please don't ruin my lunch by most of your terrible singing! Get a room or something! Salamat!
