At Craig Min's superchic Silverlake coffee shop, one of the ways coffee is brewed is by heating water, then mixing it with ground coffee using two glass globes.
Yeah, yeah, yeah the coffee is awesome... Don't forget the staff and ambience. Super friendly with a great vibe. Leave your 'tude at the door.
The best iced vanilla latte I have ever had
Limited supply of treats!! Ask if they have any *cookies* or •cupcakes• before you sit, you might just get lucky & they will save it for YOU!
Very good stuff here but kinda pricey - be prepared for a coffee drink and pastry to set you back $10-$11.
Amazing coffee. Everyone here is writing a script.
Cafe con leche and vanilla latte ftw!
The Hong Kong milk tea is delicious, lightly sweet and excellent on a chilly evening - it's a great Assam on its own, but steeped in sweetened milk makes it absolutely to die for. Wonderful!
Chat up the guys next store at the retail shop. They know what's up with all the coffee options and have more time to talk. The move: Tall iced + splash of milk tea + small chai.
The service is way slow but the coffee is amazing. So its worth it
The servers grin their way through descriptions of a variety of coffee preparations and point out the $11,000 Clover machine, a high-tech, one-cup-at-a-time trophy brewer.
Not French Toast. That's all you need to know.
Why I love Lamill: best iced coffee, no long lines of 'plaid&dogs' like Intell, nice (if ever revolving) wait staff, parking lot, yummy spendy food. Why Lamill makes me sad: I MISS BACKDOOR BAKERY. :(
Exemplar of "grown up Silverlake." Place of beauty. That is, except for the waitress's uniforms.
plenty of folks on their laptops. only 2 outlets.
The orange infused cappuccino is unexpectedly heavenly!
Get. The breakfast sandwich. That is all.
They're charging $4 for valet parking now. :-(
I dream about the creme brûlée latte, and love
One word: Expensive
Friendly, courteous staff. Chai soy latte was lovely. Coffee grinder noise was a bit overwhelming.
This cool coffee shop is a must for anyone in the Silver Lake area. The coffee here is so rich and flavorful.
A place for a true coffee aficionado without the snooty attitude. Also, don't wear black if you're going to order the brioche donuts. Powdered sugar and black don't mix.
One of the best mocha lattes in Los Angeles
Coffee beans that were once in the presence of elephants, monkeys, and antelope! Clover style. AND: warm brioche donuts w/ madagascar vanilla cream = heaven on earth
Go in after 5pm and insist on a chocolate chip cookie fresh from the oven. Wash it down with a glass of cold milk. Best molecular gastronomical five bucks you'll ever spend.
The coffee, of course, is insanely good. But don't miss out on the Brioches Donut Holes
Great ambiance and good coffee-- I always enjoy siphon brew. Sad they don't make the panna cotta anymore (at least that's what my server told me).
Best cappuccinos ever. They really take coffee to a whole new level.
Creme Brulee Coffee...need I say more?! Oh yes, I do: Donut holes...get them with the Madagascar vanilla cream. Just Marvelous!
best red velvet cupcake ever
Best Cup of coffee in Los Angeles, easily
Get the black and black and the blanco y negro and you will seriously faint out of sheer pleasure. Holy Moly!

Eat the Dungenesse Crab Vegetarian Hen Eggs in a cocotte.
Unique coffee and tea creations, almond milk options, wireless internet, french-inspired food, and an eclectic crowd make it a great destination.
Absolute worst service. I felt like I was inconveniencing my waiter by existing. Took 10 minutes to be helped initially, waited around forever for the check. Good food (but overpriced), great coffee.
service is pretty terrible, coffee is ok
Their brioche donuts are actually the best thing ever!!!
