Just walked by it, the place seems shut down and has a for rent sign in the window
Chocolate chip pancakes!
Oddly enough, all of the food I ate here was bland. Even the milkshake wasn't very flavorful.
Explained to server and manager that drinks hadn't come in 45 mins and tables coming in after us already got the same drinks, not apologetic at all, cancelled meals and left, very disappointing!
Worst. Service. Ever. After we ordered, at least three other tables came in, ordered and got their drinks and meals, including some of the items we ordered, before we got anything. No tip for you!!!!
Do not order to go. They wrap the sandwiches in foil without a paper lining and they become incredibly soggy by the time you get home.
Try the Devil Dog's! You can't go wrong.
Strawberry butter is amazing! But don't get the breakfast sausage. It tastes like play-doh.
Deliciously deep-fried garlicky hot dog best topped with crispy pastrami bits, sauerkraut and cheddar cheese! Feel free to get creative with your dog!
Just had a chicken avacado and Swiss on a while wheat wrap. So yummy.
GRADUATION GRUB: Free pickles and cole slaw beat a bread basket any day!
Too bad the service is always terrible and waitstaff barely speaks English. The food is tasty.
This may be my new favorite place for brunch. We had no wait, great service that wasn't pushy, and unlimited drinks. Love it!
Matza ball soup!
Fantastic Rubin! :-)
On Sundays after the charity races, the kitchen gets overwhelmed and service is terrible.
Just when you think a knish couldn't get any more delish... Lansky's Knishwich basically heaven in sandwich form!
The Veggie Burgers are Amazing!!
Vraiment pas terrible...
The toast sucks
Steer clear of this place if you can avoid it...
The pastrami rivals that if Carnegi Deli..... Amazing
Fantastic brunch, including ALL YOU CAN DRINK (with prompt refills!) And the banana bread is amazing.
Do not order the matzo ball late night. Check the pics.
After eating your weight in traditional Jewish Deli food (yum), get the Lucky's Favorite Sundae: vanilla gelato, chocolate sauce & matzo butter crunch. AMAZING!!
Not sure why there is a wait.., I guess the bread was okay
Gotta love the twin sandwiches
Great traditional deli in the Upper West Side. Huge large and diverse menu and huge sandwiches. Try the Oreo shake for dessert if you're still hungry.
Dare you to try the Jackpot!!
Old fashion Jewish Deli. Oversized sandwiches. May I suggest the petite trio?
BEWARE: when they say your table will be ready in 15 minutes, be prepared to wait an hour.
Bottomless brunch cocktails! Mimosas and Bellinis are great!
They never remember orders for fries. Make sure you double check with your waiter to make sure the order goes in.
Came here via 4aq recommendations. Matzo soup was different, but enjoyed it. Then moved on to the Brooklyn and kniswich. Kniswich was way outside the box, and was pleasantly surprised. great place!
The brunch and the bottomless mimosas are fabulous!! Try the nova eggs Benedict!
Oh my HOLY grilled cheese. You won't have anything like it but here!
Words can’t describe this heavenly deli. It’s definitely worth the wait for the matzo ball soup and roast beef sandwich. A warm atmosphere and large portions satisfies diners at a reasonably good pric
Plate of pickles!!! Omg. And Cole slaw but pickles!!!
Come for great food and sandwiches. Stay for Sinatra and ragtime on the radio.
Unlimited banana bread and strawberry butter andddd prose co
Love this place! 2nd best pastrami only to Katz's
Best Jewish soul food in town. Matzoh balls (almost) like your mom and grandma made em....and the pastrami is absolute perfection. And on top of that, very moderately priced!
Get the UWS sandwich (chicken livers and corned beef with onion and tomato) and ask for xtra 1000 island. The cole slaw is amazing. And get a chocolate egg cream.
The free coleslaw is SO good!
GET THE KNISHWICH..you won't be disappointed..(or hungry for days). Also, dont pass on the gratis coleslaw; best I've ever had.
The mac and cheese nosh is cheap and really good. The perfect portion.
