The food is amazing and the cocktails are good too. If you're here for brunch, get the duck confit hash! The only downside was that the hostess was incompetent and wasn't very nice...

This Williamsburg eatery is all French bistro dinner business out front, but in the back, Le Barricou boasts a lovely little space with a bar, small tables and a wood-burning fireplace. Read more

Cool place. Nice ambiance and good breakfast dishes. Esprcially the savoury dishes are great. We also tried the pancakes: n they're huge portions, but come with relatively few berries.

Some of the best value brunch in Williamsburg with some of the best vibes, there is always a wait at Le Barricou, and it is always worth it. The cuisine is French, so obviously it is buttery & great. Read more

Honestly the best French food I have had in the city. Sit at the bar and order as much food as you can. Go early, 7ish. Then check out the back room with a fireplace.

Get a Bloody Mary and get something with fries to go with it. It's a popular spot for brunch, but the space is huge so you likely won't have to wait for too long.

Best Croque Madame I've ever had!!! We ordered a plate of pancakes for 4 people and we still left one of them! They're huge! Definitely made to share! One of the best brunch I've ever had!!! :)

The mussels selection is amazing and so delightfully tasty. Try the mould provencial (my personal favorite) with a glass of single malt scotch whiskey (LAPHROAIG) and you'll be steps away from heaven!

Pancakes MUST be pancakes, not a sort of double-pillow-shaped pastry with two pieces of fruits on top... Would you sell bagel-shaped bread with shredded coconut on top and call it French Baguette?
  • sharilyn
If lobster bisque is on the menu, ORDER IT. You'll want to bathe in it. You'll want to spend long romantic candlelit evenings with it. You'll want to take it home and introduce it to your family.

The new chef "Soto" is banging. Everything is a lot better (Barricou had always been good). Lots of pallets "orgasm"! The creme brûlée is excellent. Everything is more refined, better quality! <3

Stop by for French brunch classics executed to perfection (at a reasonable price!). Combine that with a killer Bloody Mary and a cozy, comfortable vibe - you really can't go wrong.

Great place for brunch, spacious and well decorated. The Duck confit will blow your senses, no mistake about this, and juices are actually fresh squeezed, something I always appreciate

A smart man once said,"pancakes are my new girlfriend",and that man is completely right. As a 6' 4" 220lb man, I had tough time finishing these. Not only that. But this place is super affordable.

Great French style simple comfort food. The chicken burger was DELICIOUS: melted Camembert on a juicy piece of chicken in brioched burger buns.

Good service! Try the escargots, they are sooo good! Same for the lamb. Just DON'T eat a burger here please (!), they're good but it's a french restaurant, not an American ;) !

Had no trouble getting a table for brunch at 3. The Eggs Norwegian were perfectly poached and the home fries had a remarkable crust. Small portions, but very well-prepared.

Such a great brunch spot in Brooklyn! The staff is fantastic and the food is incredible. Have a large party? No problem! There is a huge room in the back. 👌🏻

The potatoes that come with the eggs Norwegian are out of this world - soft and flavorful on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Prepare to wait for brunch on Sunday. Totally worth it. The eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly and the salad went well with it. The bloody Marys are EXCELLENT!!!

Food was fantastic; service was beyond subpar. I should've been prepared for that when someone from the table next to us said, "Let's get the hell out of here," after paying. Still, I'd go back.

The bone marrow and liver pâté are a must for dinners. For brunch get the duck confit hash. Don't overload on the bread while you're waiting.

PANCAKES. I recommend ordering one for the table and sharing because it is heavier than your avg pancake. Also eat while piping hot!

Don't go for brunch on Sundays. Experienced the worst service ever. We were left standing in oblivion waiting for the hostess to seat us along with others. All in all not pleasant
