Le Monde may not have the best dinner around, but head there on a Sunday morning and get a bowl of cappuccino, hot chocolate, or tea big enough to get lost in as the cornerstone of a very fine brunch

A great casual yet classy environment. The food is delightful, the desserts award-winning. Great prices, and sound levels perfect for a busy buzz without having to speak up. Definitely a go to.

New menu! Salads are good, lamb shank is huge and delish. Staples like the French onion soup and mussels remain and are great. Save room for a crepe for dessert!

One of the best French Onion soups in NYC. The hanger steak was excellent. Don't fear the escargots...made with butter and garlic; and It's okay to dip the bread!

The stuffed French toast is probably the best I've had so far. Don't hesitate to get a side of bacon with it either ...

Even if you've never eaten snails before...GET THE ESCARGOT. You won't regret it. Also Kasteelbier is delish...Just keep in mind it's got double the Alcohol Content of a normal beer.

Go here all the time, for better or worse... Food is solid but the service is spotty at best. Recommend the mussels, they are delicious always. Specials are also generally really good.

Ask to be seated in James' section. You won't be disappointed in the service. (I can't say the same for other sections.) Tell him Father Kevin sent you.)

I won't call myself a french foodie but i thought the omelettes were delicious. Service is pretty prompt too. Prices are fairly good for downtown manhattan.

Outstanding food for any meal. This place never disappoints. Sit outside and people watch in the warm weather. Sit inside at a cozy table when it's cold. And be sure to get a cappuccino!

Everyone who worked there seemed frantic even thought it wasn't that busy. All of the staff seemed inexperienced. The food was only okay and not worth the cost. They removed the crepes....
