It's great if you have time to sit and relax, but horrible if you're trying to get in and out. Especially ordering coffee to go - don't unless you're prepared to wait

The service could have been better. The staff is rude especially early in the morning. The service at the Belgian original chain is impeccable

They've gotten better at take-out, since i've been going there most mornings. Walk straight up to the counter and order. If you dilly dally, so will they.
