you can wait a long time for a train and there is nothing to do to kill time!
There is a great little coffee shop at Platform 2 with a divine hot chocolate!
No trains back to Birmingham after 8pm on a Sunday!

If going to Leicester, the 'not via Birmingham' ticket is cheaper, and usually gets you to Leicester at the exact same time.
If you're getting picked up, you're better off waiting by the car park entrance on the main road. At peak hours, there's no room for cars!

Visit the waiting room by platform 3. Great oak furniture and flooring!
