oh no just heard lenox lounge is closing -- the rent got jacked to $20k/month!! this is one of the few bar/clubs you could just relax in and enjoy in this city, is nothing sacred?
The Lenox Lounge was established in 1939 during the midst of the Harlem Renaissance and hosted a range of talents from Frank Sinatra to James Baldwin.
