    A bit over rated

Excellent Chinese food in a very nice setting. Best dishes were the crab meat xiao long bao and the sticky rice.

    Constance Rbs · October 8
  • María

The sticky rice cooked in bamboo was the highlight. The seafood noodle was unimpressive and it only contained one prawn.

    María · October 3
  • Gilad G.

A soup dumpling house for the ages, but you can't go wrong with the rest of the menu either.

Best dumplings in London and everything else is awesome too. My ears always keep popping when I'm here, though! Weirdest thing ever.

Forget the crappy service at Wong Kei, come to Legends (may be a queue but for good reason) and enjoy literally anything on the menu. And trust the very capable waitstaff here on whatever they reco.

  • Gulben Y.

Beware. They tell you to wait 10 min, then take you inside and make you wait by the toilets for 30 min

Fast service and great food. A bit expensive and small portions, but still a good choice if you are in chinatown. After you finish your food, you might feel you are been kicked out....

    Kosta Dinos · October 28, 2014
  • Teresa L.

Xiaolong Bao (shanghai soup dumplings) are first rate and great value.

I am Asian. Amazing xiaolongbao. Really nice noodles and even the Taiwanese omelette. Bit weird you have to knock on the door though. Haha

Crispy duck goes well with Tsingtao beer.

    Vadim Astapovich · September 25, 2014

The soup dumplings here, of course, are amazing! If it's just the two of you I highly recommend a trio: spicy wontons, pork & prawn soup dumplings, and the duck over rice. Perfectly portioned, <£20!

An opportunity to enjoy some of the less common delicacies. Takes a little bravery for the average Londoner to order from this menu, but the food was really tasty

    Johannes Driessen · August 15, 2014

Get the cold chilli beef & tripe dish. If you think you don't like tripe, think again - this is unlike anything you'll have had before. Great taste & texture. Get the soup dumplings too, obviously!

    Food great! Service not so.

    Peter Smith · September 11, 2013

Always expect a 15-30 minute wait. Very small but popular restaurant. Dim sums are always freshly handmade, a MUST TRY. Not the best place to talk and relax; a little noisy and felt rushed to leave.

    Rose Cee · April 28, 2013
  • Fabio B.

It is noisy, be prepared for a lot of noise from dishes and cutlery coming from the kitchen. But the food is great, full of flavour!
