Was excited for "authentic beef noodle soup" when it first opened. However, the portion and the price kept me away since it's grand opening. If you must, get their beef soup with green onion pancake.

Beef stew noodle is must, of course. The black bean dry noodle and tomato pork noodle is good too. Make sure you try the wide noodle - so chewy, springy and yummy.

Tendon and beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles. Add extra sour cabbage. And don't forget the rolled beef bing! Sooooo gooood. The pork chop rice plate is pretty freaking awesome too!

Beef tendon soup - A&J a lot better. Here, the broth tastes more "gamy" and beef wasn't tender. Green onion pancakes - delicious!! (it's the thin kind)
