Old school memorial. Definitely worth visiting after the museum. Great view of the city. A bit cramped though, so avoid if you're claustrophobic.
It can get very hot inside the tower when you are waiting to take the elevator backdown. Views are pretty nice at the top. Need to buy a tix at the museum before going up the tower. STUDENT DISCOUNT!

Quintessential photo spot of Downtown/Crossroads Kansas City. On a clear day or a clear night, it's a wonderful view. Don't miss the museum and acne even try to use it as an event space if you can.

If you ever get to this memorial, you've got to go to the top. Awesome view (preferrably on a clear day).
The only dedicated World War I monument in the United States. The new museum is full of informative displays and information. President Obama gave a stump speech at Liberty Memorial in 2008.
The gem of Kansas City. If you're visiting KC, this is a must-see! If you live in KC and haven't been, shame on you! The main gallery is superb; and you must take a ride up the tower.
Make sure to bring a heavy coat in the winter if you plan on going up to the top of the tower!
Watch out for the wasps at the top of the tower!
Don't rush. This museum deserves at least two hours of your time.
Take a trip to the top of the Liberty Memorial for a breathtaking view of the Kansas City skyline.
Make sure you go into one of the Reflections rooms. Makes it all the more real.
Whether you come here for remembrance or the view, you must visit it while in KC.

A great deal of artifacts from WWI. It's a don't miss attraction in KC.
The main museum is world class, but don't miss the original Liberty Memorial buildings on each side of the tower on the main platform.
One ticket gets you two days access to the WWI museum. You could spend a week experiencing all the artifacts, exhibits and stories it has to offer.
Good museum and park. Make it a national monument!
Make sure you don't skip the video at the beginning. It really helps to set the stage for the first half of the museum.
