Either hit the locker room at 7:30pm or wait until 8:30pm when family swim let's out at 8:00pm - the locker room turns into a zoo and you may have to wait for a shower.
This tip is for the guys! If you ever have to go make sure you use the family locker room restrooms, they are a lot cleaner than the nasty men's restrooms
Don't be a douchbag and leave your dirty towels on the shower room floor. Have some consideration and carry your towel to the bin.

Big enough so you don't havr to wait but sauna it's kind of dirty, should be cleaned more often.
