Our apartment buildings overlook our courtyard and pool, with tables for grabbing a bite and lounge chairs to bask in the sun. We surrounded by lush, full-grown evergreens and around the corner from the Community Center, right along the waterfront.

    Phasing out dogs. Rent has gone up steadily over the past year and a half. It started out at 1100 for a two bedroom and now an untouched non updated is 1400 remodeled 1600! Three owners in past year!

    Apartments are not in the best location (right behind Aurora & 135th by Dunkin' Donuts) but they do allow pets - namely dogs over 30lbs which is what keeps me here despite the craziness of Linden Ave.
