Have passed by many times and finally had the chance to sample their delicious fried pickles, sweet hush puppies infused with jalapenos, and lightly fried catfish. Don't know what I waiting for.

Chicken fried steak, margaritas and a whole bunch of raw shellfish. It's great for post work and pre train. Makes your commute home tolerable.

Laid back vibes with good drinks and good people. Currently under new management and he's holding it down. You gotta ask for Alec, Kelly, or Hanna to guarantee a good time. Food up until 7#happyhour

The Mac and Cheese is great, very cheesy and full of texture. Gets a bit crowded by people that work around the area around 7pm. They serve food at the bar or you can be seated at a table.

Good oysters and draught beer, pretty divey and even if the bak is completely empty they wont let u sit. Face it guys, no one is going there for a sit down dinner.

The hush puppies have cheese in them. Not mentioned on the menu & it's not an authentic hush puppy component. Take it from the NC native. But if you like the idea, go for it.
