You bring the tequila, and the staff at Lolita will mix up a delicious margarita. We recommend naranja de sangria, which includes freshly squeezed margarita mix, blood orange puree and wild mint.
The margaritas are deliciously tart. Nab a table outside to avoid the loud atmosphere (unless you like that kind of thing).
Blood orange margs when available and the bread pudding desert is unreal. A bit overpriced but a good time
Lolita has the best carne esada I have ever had in my life!!
It’s all about Mexican cuisine and top-notch tequila mixers at this bring-your-own-bottle (BYOB) spot, another eatery by partners Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran.
The carne asada is really good.
The hostess/manager is evil
This place sucks they won't let you drink without spending $20 a person on food and your so full from there expensive appetizers
Jalapeno Cucumber margarita and tamales
The Best Thing I Ever Ate homed in on Chef Marcie Turney's Mexican-style tiramisu. We suggest saving room for dessert.
The beef tenderloin is true perfection, as with any good beef entree don't go over medium and it will melt in your mouth. Spectacular guac, some of the best I've had
Great sea urchin ceviche.
Fantastic service. Drinks were delivered within 2 minutes of placing the order and the dishes were timed perfectly. Attentive without being overbearing. And the food? Delicious! Try the carnitas tacos
Good food , try the chilaquiles, large portion though, but delicious!
The food is excellent but the atmosphere isn't as good
Awesome tacos and chips. Great service, too.
Fish tacos. Ahh-mazing.
Amazing everything! Drinks, tacos, guacamole, and don't forget the mexican corn!
Memelitas are little too salty...
I loved the food and drinks. The mango guacamole is the best!!
I miss it being a BYOT (bring your own tequila) place :(. Now there is nothing that special about it. Used to be my favorite place too.
BYO Tequila and throw it in with one of their fresh juices. It's a small spot so a reservation is highly recommended.
BYOT: bring your own tequila and enjoy their famous mixers! Definitely go for Taco Tuesday: choose fish, beef, chicken, or veg and pile the works on their fresh tortillas for just $20 :)
Brought a birthday cake with us...it was $4 per person if we ate it there...smh
Skip the oily queso fundido but don't miss the enchiladas verdes.
Restaurant week menu was terrible. It was my first time here and I've heard amazing things. Super disappointed.
BEST carne asada - one of my favorite dishes ever.
Where do I start...Order a few dishes and share across the table that way you won't have to be dedicated to something you don't like.
Try the enchilada!
BYO tequila and they'll mix a big pitcher of margaritas for you; go for the blood orange if it's available!
BYO Tequila and a great atmosphere (inside and outside). Start out with the Guacamole, and try the Carne Esada. Traditional and Blood Orange margarita mix are both fantastic.
Over priced Mexican food.....18$ minimum per person and cash only are the three reasons why I won't go back!!
BYOT is Awesome. Good food, great quality - but pretty salty. Try and ask for a little less sodium. It robs the food of its natural flavor.
The best steak in Philadelphia ... Carne Asada always rare... Always perfect.
I you get the guac make sure to get it with the chipotle & mango! And the margaritas are a must!
The duck is fabulous! Very tender and juicy
beware the $18/person food minimum. i doubt i'll be back, even though the blood orange margarita was pretty good. oh, and it's cash only.
Bring a date or friend, share 2 apps and 1 entree and you'll more than cover that minimum for drinking. Try the short ribs!
Mahi mahi is pretty good. The lamb is fun but the accessories are like eating Thanksgiving stuffing.
Save room for the bread pudding. And bring cash; it's cash only. Good food, but this place is overpriced.
Good flavors. Slightly overpriced. Trendy.
You MUST have the watermelon margaritas. omg.
Be careful when you go with a big group, somehow the bill is always twice what you expect.
