Great for a run in or to just go to relax.
One of the bests park on a sunny day. You can bring your own barbecue, there is a special area for that.
Urban paradise (on sunny days)
Brilliant in the summer. Separate BBQ area. Wild flower meadow in 2014 was brilliant.
Great bbq area. Also right next to broadway market in case you need more food, drinks or a wc with less queue
Set up your own BBQ or grab some snacks at the nearby Broadway Market to eat here
Get a pizza from Franco Manca and sit in the park with a few beers.

Scotch eggs are the bomb
Like this if you're a hipster!
The water fountain wasn't working but the pub in the park provided water freely at the bar, enough to fill my large water bottle
Gearing up for 'Hackney's biggest ever wildflower meadow' in the summer 2013, so a large chunk near Broadway Market is fenced off until July.
As mentioned countless times before, this is hipster-ville at its finest. But it's not bad - the grass if often worn down & muddy/dusty (depending on the weather!) so arrive early to stake your spot!
Good weather and BBQ make London Fields the right place!
Dust off your fixie, wax your ironic moustache and raid your dad's wardrobe. This here is Hipster Country. During summer don't forget your disposable BBQ and a few cans of Red Stripe.
Middle class hipsters has pretty much ruined this park. During the summer, expect drunken rude Hoxton types, burnt grass and puke everywhere.
Some great lines of old London Plane Trees. Really nice. Beautiful colour in Autumn too.
The BBQ area is in the South-West corner...otherwise be prepared to have your BBQ escorted away by the official BBQ police! :D
Appropriate dress includes cordoroy and anything with leopard print on
In this area 23% of the problems we saw last year related to debt but credit/store card debt problems were down 30% and unsecured personal loan debt problems were down 20%.
Trend spotting or just chillin', this park is the place to see and be seen in East London.
Nice french boules spot (pétanque) right behind the Pub on the Park
There's toilets near the London Fields rail station exit.
I loved this park in the summer. Not too big, cool people, nice for have picnic and drinks.
When not invaded by the trendy set over the weekend, it's a great local park with a paddling pool, the London Fields Lido, tennis courts, two children's play parks, and a table tennis table.
Has an outdoor swimming pool for those hot summer days x
Great place to observe the wild life
Great historic local green area, wonderful in summer, but unfortunately spoiled by influx of hoxton tw@ts from nearby broadway market
A Sunney afternoon on the westside of the park, surrounded by all the 'Too Cool for School' types. Great fun!
Great place to sunbathe and chill. Too many arty hoxton types but they keep local bike theives in business so alls good!
