If you love steak, be sure to have the roasted garlic stuffed tenderloin with a western plaid hash. Hasn't left the menu in 14 years. Incredible. Great service as well

Tim Love's famous restaurant should not go overlooked by the out of town visitor or by the local. This is a one-of-a-kind Texan establishment with a delicious game inspired menu and wonderful service.

Tim Love takes pioneer-inspired home cooking to another level, nay, another planet, with Lonesome Dove, where the roasted garlic-stuffed tenderloin will change your life, pardner. [Eater 38 Member]

Food and service are excellent, it felt like a european diner. Servicr was quick but no pushing in between. We sat for almost 3 hours and every minute was nice. Expensive but worth it

The rattlesnake sausage-amazing. The tenderloin? To die for. The elk loin is certainly worth a try. Have the flan with the 20 year old port to finish it off. Oh, and ask for Carter to be your server.

Everything was wonderful but the dishes we loved the most were the butter lettuce salad and the fried spinach. So damn good. Ask for Christian - amazing waiter.
