Matcha! Fresh and flavoursome Thai in lovely more French style atmosphere on one of my favourite streets. Try the seaweed salad, miso soup, and don't miss out on the bar downstairs either!
Affordable lunch spot. Hobo noodles are nice and spicy. Don't upgrade to the lunch special cause the dumplings taste like they're from the dump. Order ginger fried chicken strips as an app instead.
There's a bar downstairs but it's a great stop for a delicious lunch. The pad thai and fried rice are very well done. I also enjoy the ginger fried chicken, extremely moist. Good Japanese rice too!
Always lovely. Almond milk macha tea a tad but too sweet but nice. The Tom Ga coconut milk soup w shiitake and tofu is perfect warming and spicy for these cold days when you feel the flu luring.
really great, rarely crowded, reasonable lunch spot in soho. I definitely recommend the pineapple fried rice, but, honestly, everything is quite good.
The seasonal salads are perfect for a summer evening (delicious sweet miso dressings). Unpleasantly slow service, but if you're forgiving you'll enjoy simple, top notch food.
Stop what you're doing! If they have the pork rib and fried egg sandwich lunch special - get it right now. Even if you already ate - EAT AGAIN!
The burger is so amazing but it's giant! Cut in half but don't forget to put ketchup on the bottom of the bun. Have a glass of the Cotes du Rhone, it's delightful.
get me the ginger fried chicken and the green curry and I am in heaven. pad thai and papaya salad (watch out, it's native spicy) are great too. actually everything is awesome.
It's great for brunch: You have to try the pancakes with strawberries or bananas, scrumbled eggs with salmon plus salad and the great salmon sandwich with avocado!
Definitely get ginger fried chicken and chicken satay. Green curry is amazing and hobo noodles spicy and delicious. Really great Foursquare find! Def at least a 9!
Yes the food here is delicious but the lunch special is delicious AND great value. Pad Thai (or any noodles), steamed dumplings, and edamame for under $11.
An incredibly cozy restaurant with a ton of character. Get the hobo noodle with shrimp! This place has great service as well. One of my favorites.
It was a lovely day, but a shitty lunch. Sadly, I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered the Pad Thai and it was bland and tasteless. Go elsewhere if you're looking for flavorful food.
Burger is great, only at dinner though. At brunch, go for the egg sandwich. You'll have to put up with the slow service and attitude. Try to sit outside in the sun.
Wow, this place is great. You're cheating yourself if you leave without trying the fried chicken & edamame dip apps. Not a bad old fashioned either.
Go downstairs after 7 but before 9 (that's when it gets crowded). Sit at the bar and listen to Ella Fitzgerald. You'll feel transported to another time.
Try the ginger fried chicken with the crazy sumptuous soy sauce mayo. Pair it with brown rice and the market green salad so you don't feel too guilty.
Edamame dip was awesome. Seared tuna with wasabi guac was ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Head downstairs to the bar where they serve the full menu with no wait!
The Ginger chicken is so delicious and tender! Accompanied by the julienned vegetable salad and an iced Thai tea...better than words can describe!
Julienne salad with sweet chili, bok choy with ginger, fried chicken small plates make for a good lunch
Not our first time here but definitely our last! service was sooo bad and at the end our server demanded we leave a tip... here's a tip. skip it and go next door to the Public House!!
Highly recommended but yikes, lunch took forever. Starters delivered with entrees and nothing hot. Fried ginger chicken dry but green curry delicious.
Cozy little cafe with great choices of fusion Asian food. Must try the Fried Ginger chicken (lunch set for less than $10)
Contrary to popular belief, and one or two personal experiences of poor dining out here, I've learned to sit at the bar for more reliable service.
Quick & easy service at the bar upstairs. Ginger chicken app and the organic miso soup are filling and tasty. Hip crowd.
The lunch set is a rare find for the area-- edamame, dumplings, and a generous portion of any noodle dish for ~$10.
Seaweed salad is delicious, as is the spicy Hobo Noodles with shrimp. The service, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired.
Awesome environment with nice music and interior design. Super tasty food too!
Good music. Fantastic fusion- foods for surprisingly not a lot of $$$$. From cappuccino*s to bloodymarys and breakfast!!! Dee-lish!
Try the Japanese Fried Chicken - Nicely sauces and lightly grilled to be the tastiest bits of wings in Nolita.
Cheap brunch (bring Amex card) Hobo noodles-overly seasoned. Do not order Strawberry & Banana pancakes-bleh! Waitress got order wrong but she was nice. Cappuccino is really good.
Seems like restaurant suffers from identity crisis. Food left my stomach hurting immediately and inside has poor ventilation/ air circulation. Very unsatisfied. Thanks Eric for bringing me here...
Beer margarita is delicious! Lime juice, ice, salted rim glass and a beer of your choosing.
i've only ever ordered the pineapple fried rice with chicken...but the pimm's cup cocktail is pretty good, too.
Always insanely quick with take out orders, even when it seems like they're packed. Really nice staff, too!
The edamame dip is not to be skipped. Pad Thai is awesome. Seared salmon is amazing. Your welcome.
If the salmon with green curry is being offered as a special, get it. It's quite special!
Wow...what a hidden gem. Affordable, hip place with space for five Saturday night in Nolita? What is this, 2005?
The coconut curry soup is a good pick--not spicy or authentic but tasty. If thats not your steaz go for the hobo noodle.
The pineapple fried rice with tofu was delicious and MUCH less greasy than fried rice normally is.
Don't wait in line for a seat at the restaurant, head downstairs to their cellar bar!
Basement floor bar/restaurant is better than the 1st floor but there's no wifi/cell service down there.
This is one of or favorite lunch spots. We love the Lovely Day Salad, Ginger Fried Chicken, & the Long Beans!
I LOVE the fried chicken, but I don't like the chicken satay. Super noisy... Be ready to wait.
Horrifc Fried Rice no flavor at all the most bland meal ever. The Satay Chicken skewers are not bad tho...
The pineapple cashew with tofu is so good you'll forget you didn't order it with chicken
Always amazing. Also sweet lunch deal $10 for any noodle dish, veggie dumplings, eda
Try the Ginger Fried Chicken - So good, it's hard to order anything else... which is why I don't :)
Get the strawberry & banana pancakes during brunch and the matcha green tea latte 🍵
