The Nasi Padang stall at the Food Garden just at the end of the terminal outside LCCT uses a tactic to OVERCHARGE you for food by NOT issuing a receipt. Check prices of each item before ordering.

If you got the boarding pass printed at Kiosk, do ensure that check-in counter staff verify it with a stamp b4 proceeding to boarding gate. Or else you would have to get out of Q & get it rechecked.

If the public concourse is hot enough for you, then go to the fully air-conditioned Food Garden. Chiller than outside. Plus, the drinks at KFC is refillable. Socket plugs for charging also available.

The downside to cheap air travel is having to put up with the LCCT. Difficult to get to the city centre, crowded and unclean. A far departure from what you expect from an international travel hub.

Don't simply park, traffic police will summon if the vehicle is left unattended. And strictly no smoking within the area. Head toward the end of the terminal to have a puff.(Or where smokers gathers!)

Expect long queue so do self check-in to shorten the time. Do not expect much fancy stuff here, it just a simple airport. Sure they have everything just you need when traveling -- Starbucks, fast food

Gates Y1 and Y2 are cordoned off from rest of departure area. So you won't get a toilet or money changer here. There is however a little Eraman duty free shop (somewhat useless, IMHO)
