I miss warm food. Definitely only an "OK" lounge.

Showers not in a good condition and are not up to the basic expectations of a LH or *A lounge. Dirty shower head and you have to keep pressing a button every 10 seconds for water. Disappointing.

Finally (!) you only have to show your boarding pass (which has an 'FTL' label printed on it anyway) for access. No more fumbling for your FTL card any more.

Some passengers said food choices aplenty? You've got to be kidding. Compared to other lounges, this one has paltry options. No hot food? Seating is inadequate. House keeping staff are friendly though
