    The terminal fee is only P30. Ten pesos less than the fee of Puerto Princesa Airport. When Laguindingan opens this January 2013, travellers should prepare for a much higher fee (probably P200).

    There's no proper food/rice meal inside the airport. You can check in your bags and then eat at the carinderias outside the airport. You're allowed to go out even if the sign says otherwise.

    Taxi rates are fixed rates if ride from CDO bus terminal haggling 250php-350php. Since airport opens at 4:30, be sure to have your breakfast out since stores in the airport are still closed.

    Airphil Express free baggage allowance is only 10kg. A far cry from PAL's free 15kg baggage allowance (5kg is a lot!). Airphil wants you to travel light regardless of destination or length of travel.

    Cookie Restaurant at end of row of pasalubong shops has a broad menu and decent food by and large. I always hang out there. Often the free wifi works but not always.

    Pasalubong items here esp vjandep pastel are a bit expensive (P50-75 higher) from the normal price. Upi should buy in the downtown area before going to the airport.

    There are several electrical outlets at the back of the pre-departure area where you are free to charge your always low-batt iPhone, other cellphones & laptops.

    Not a tip but for airport personnels to look into, PLS HAVE YOUR RAGS/CARPET CLEANED. It' filthy already & departing pass have no choice but walk on it when asked to take off footwear.it's disgusting

    Airline companies with consistently delayed flights should be required to sponsor additional electrical outlets for passengers used. Gosh, there is only two available.

    The taxi meter cost of the trip from Agora Bus Terminal to the airport is only 135 pesos -- bear this in mind when they ask you to pay a fixed fare.

    If you're taking a cab, make sure to tell the driver to use meter pricing. Cab fare from airport to the city is around 150-200

    If you need to buy Vjandep Pastel for pasalubong, buy outside the airport. A friend was able to buy for only P5 higher.,.

    Downtown CDO is just 15 ~ 20 mins away from Lumbia Airport with moderate traffic. If metered by the taxi it will just be P170 (as of 6/1/12)

    Check through your airline for any cancellation of flights especially when the weather is bad. Most of the flights here are being cancelled.

    Vanjdep Pastel is P10 cheaper in the store just beside the main entrance inside the airport building.

    Taxi are overpriced. Negotiate first before saying yes. Don't fall to the trap that downtown is far, its just 15mins away.

    Security is CRAP! The only airport in the Philippines i know na bawal ang alcohol dalhin... Pero ang lighter, ok lang!?! You're not doing you JOB guys! Worst service ever!!!

    CDO Airport is too small and too crowded. The city needs to have a new one. No free wifi as well.

    Terminal fee is a surprising thirty pesos charge. Expect your money's worth. Reminds me of old Iloilo airport.

    avoid the taxis. exhorbitant fees. extortion. better ask someone you know to pick you up from the airport.

    Average taxi rate with meter from airport to CDO proper (Divisoria) is 280 to 300. The restrooms by the way is little filthy

    RLI is busted ( runway light indicator) , temperature is worse than summer in Aus and worse its overcrowded.... Give us better airport please....

    Beware of taxi drivers who charge unreasonably. Average rate to CDO is between 150-200 pesos.

    Taxi's should be metered. INSIST on it. If they charge u fixed, report immediately to airport police and transfer cab.
