Airphil Express free baggage allowance is only 10kg. A far cry from PAL's free 15kg baggage allowance (5kg is a lot!). Airphil wants you to travel light regardless of destination or length of travel.

There's no proper food/rice meal inside the airport. You can check in your bags and then eat at the carinderias outside the airport. You're allowed to go out even if the sign says otherwise.

Cookie Restaurant at end of row of pasalubong shops has a broad menu and decent food by and large. I always hang out there. Often the free wifi works but not always.

The terminal fee is only P30. Ten pesos less than the fee of Puerto Princesa Airport. When Laguindingan opens this January 2013, travellers should prepare for a much higher fee (probably P200).
